I've been working with Jason for about 6 months now. In this time he's installed a firewall, internet protection, email protection, I've signed up for his managed IT service and there's probably more that I'm forgetting. Jason's knowledge and service are exceptional. He's very pleasant to work with, provides the complicated information to me in a way that I understand, and he's very responsive. He is an all around pleasure to work with and I know I'll be using his services for a long time to come. If you own a business, it's imperative that you secure your data. Jason is amazing. Words to describe him and his services: Reliable, dependable, accurate, great follow-up and follow-through, helpful and extremely professional. I needed serious assistance with my apple products. He scrubbed my old computer for my son and set it us as my "Kid Computer" with appropriate parental controls and kid friendly websites. He set up my brand new apple and made sure I knew how to operate it. Apple stores are not accessible now = USE JASON and JAPPEL TECH!! HE is super!!! very happy customer here.

If you choose to hire Jappel I’d recommend paying by project not the hour. We had Jess come to our home and had a list of 6 things we needed done. When he left two were complete, some he left instructions for how we could do them ourselves, he spent a decent amount of his time on Google trying to figure out how to do what we asked about before he arrived. Some he had confirmed he could do via email but then got to our house and said it wasn’t doable.
I spent over $400 for three things: backing up a phone, how to do things myself, and setting up my wireless printer.
Positive: he was very nice.

Jason did impeccable work mounting my TV on the
Wall with such precision and care that I never experienced before. It looks like a home theatre!!! Furthermore he came in wearing a mask and cautiously respected the social distance that I feared the most. For that reason I postponed the installation that I desperately needed. He sanitized the whole
area he worked around and even the TV was wiped down. He also removed some network wiring that I didn't even realize posed danger. As he was ready to leave he noticed an old alarm system still plugged in and disconnected it for me.
I feel confidant with Jappel Tech performance and at the same time safe. I'm planning my next big project with Jason to turn my place into a "smart" home.

I initially called Chapelle Tech and spoke to Jason about a repair on my iPad which he was great at - timely and very reasonably priced not to mention great service. Three days after that I started a new job and called him because we were having IT problems. We have used him for a series of projects over and above IT service. We are currently moving our office space and he has had great recommendations for our company. I cannot recommend him enough. He's honest - fair and has a great emphasis customer service. Jason is very professional he explained everything, that was going to happen with my surround sound system installation. Mr. Kramer and Mr. Grant the installer technicians were also very professional, cleaned up after their work, took the time to explain how to operate the surround sound system would definitely recommend them to anyone who may want there home theater and other etc. stuff
