In a recent visit, I scheduled an appointment for my 2018 Dodge truck to undergo diagnostic and repair services. I dropped off the truck in the morning and was informed that it would be required for the day.
Upon request, I had inquired about receiving both a diagnostic report and an estimate for the repair costs. At the end of the day, as promised, the repair was completed and I was able to collect the truck. I paid the diagnostic fee and found the service to be friendly and the pricing to be reasonable. The technicians performed the necessary repairs as requested and did not exceed the scope of the work.
I highly commend their expertise and experience. Upon picking up the truck, they provided me with detailed information about the repair options and also emailed me a comprehensive pricing breakdown for the completed work.
In my opinion, they possess a deep understanding of automotive repair and maintenance.

This bill was for a diagnostic for an oil leak, and a transmission issue about shifting into overdrive(which is 4th gear, highway gear for fuel economy). The work that got done was my front crankshaft seal which was throwing oil, that issue is fixed. The transmission issue is still there. I do not have overdrive still, but at least I know why! Customer service stated I could not do a payment plan even after not communicating any steps with me on the three day journey to this receipt.

Took my truck in to have a slight misfire diagnosed. After $280 for a diagnosis they claimed it to be fixed. Picked up the truck and it was exactly the same. Mentioned it to them and they wanted me to come in the following Monday and spend more money at there shop. I declined cause I was done wasting money on amateurs guessing what the problem could be. I could do that for free myself lol. So I figured I’d start with new spark plugs cause they are cheap and easy to change. Did them and the trucks run perfect ever since. Wish I did that to begin with. Rather then wasting $280 on nothing because there diagnosis was wrong and they never changed any parts just took my money for nothing. Not much of a mechanic shop if you ask me.

I was very impressed with their customer service and the expediency with which they helped me last minute and for a very reasonable price. They are very honest and trust worthy. They were The only shop I called in the area that was actually concerned to help me get my family home safely! I live an hour away! I would recommend them to anybody needing car service!! Best experience at a mechanic probably ever!

Very pleased with the service I received from A Tech Automotive. I was having an issue with my F250 diesel truck and they did a thorough inspection, proved to me it was not the issue I thought it was. They could have easily just followed my request and completed the work I requested but they chose to do what was best for me. It's always great to find honest businesses to do business with.
