Melanie D. of SS Laser Tech is a superstar. I had a bit of a printer emergency that I really needed solved on a weekend. I called and called and nobody was able to get me the product that I needed. I got in touch with Melanie and her response was simply, "give me an hour". She makes some phone calls, works some magic and BAM!. She calls back within the hour, asks me where my office is and is there in MINUTES installing the part that I needed. I can't tell you how much I appreciated the service that I got from Melanie. She will TRULY do what she can to help you out. It's very rare to see that level of customer service these days.
