I got three of the little fans for phones. One for me and two for two of my friends. After using them once all three of our phones broke the same day. My two friends had to buy new phones. I couldnt afford to buy a whole new phone so I tried to get mine fixed but was told it was unfixable and now have to buy a new phone. After contacting getagadget they have told me twice that they would contact the manager and then call me back but never did. I'm extremely passed that this $5 fan is now costing me $600 and they don't seem to care at all. Do not buy there products!

If I could rate the business a zero, I would. Bought my son a Get-a-Gadget product while on vacation. When we returned home, we discovered there was a manufacturing defect, yet the company is completely unwilling to replace the product. Classic case of a company buying cheap goods offshore, selling them for a large profit and not standing behind their products.

The management is horrible and its underpaid with crazy overtime hours that are not being paid. Its not worth it to support this business.
