If I could give no stars on this review, I would. I feel this company was nothing but sneaky in their sales tactics. At no time during the initial "we'll send you a cartridge to try" sales pitch, was it mentioned that I'd be committing to 6 cartridges. To add to the madness, I never received a bill for the cartridge. My first notification of the amount I had due was an extremely aggressive collection call from their accounts receivable department. After a LONG process of requesting an invoice be mailed, emailed or even faxed, I finally received one via fax and paid it. There was no mention at that time I'd be receiving anything else from them. Flash forward 2 months and I received a new cartridge in the mail. I called to explain there must have been a mistake, I was told they would discount the cartridge to $89.99 so I agreed to keep the cartridge but requested an invoice be mailed or faxed to me since the emails they claimed to be sending were not coming through. Once again, I did not receive an invoice and after I called multiple times to confirm the email address and fax number they had on file and to check the reason for still not receiving the invoice, I still found myself on the receiving end of another aggressive collection call. I was under the impression this would be my LAST interaction with this company, as I had explained at that time, I was not happy with the customer service and how I had been treated. I heard nothing from them until May 2018 (8 months later) when I got a phone call notifying me that a cartridge was going to be sent out. I explained to Jim Simmons at that time how unhappy I was with the lack of customer service and I DID NOT want to be receiving another item from High Tech Supplies EVER again. That is when it was explained to me that someone at our firm (which could only have been me) had told them "we didn't go through cartridges very fast" so we were setup with a delayed delivery of some sort. I never said those things, I made it very clear I wanted our name removed from their system back in November. Jim then went on to tell me the only reason we were able to get the discounted pricing on the cartridges is because I at some point agreed to purchase 6 cartridges - BULL! There was NEVER any mention of this case price, until the 3rd cartridge was in question - which apparently was the "break-even" point High Tech Supplies HAD to get to before they could release me from the final 3 cartridges. I was assured at that time that if I paid for this final cartridge, that the last 3 were cancelled - even received a cancellation confirmation. Now, here we are June 2018 and low and behold yet ANOTHER cartridge has shown up at my office. I call once again to find out what is going on, especially because I had a cancellation confirmation from our last go around. I noted a Dave Hall had given me a cancellation confirmation, from the May 2018 conversation. When I mentioned that to the gentleman on the phone he informed me Dave no longer was with the company and was not authorized to issue cancellations, only Jim Simmons was authorized to do so. I asked to speak with Jim and that is when I found out I was already speaking with Jim directly. I reminded him of our last conversation in May that was supposed to remove my company from the customer system. I have notes that showed Jim in fact put me through to Dave to complete the cancellation and Dave was the one I would be getting the confirmation from. He quickly said he needed to look into what was going on and asked for my contact number so he can get back to me. I will report back with the finding of this outrageous con High Tech Supplies is running.

Great option if you need equiment for NDT, they have products for your PT, MT, UT, VT and RT inspections.
They also manufacture calibration blocks according to ASTM and others, cables and wedges for UT inspection.

NEVER start with these guys, worst people we have ever done business with. The last manager ordered from them, and when I came in they sent us a box of toner, so we said thanks, we'll pay for it, but close the account and dont send anymore, and they said ok. A few weeks later they sent more. They said to close out the account, they needed to send more toner, I just asked I'd we could send them back. Their only options were to pay a $200 restocking fee for items we didnt order, or pay $280 and keep them. Not only that, they are slimey, dont listen, and talk over you to get your money. They tell you every time "we sent you an invoice" over and over, but we never recieved a single one. I hate leaving a review like this for anyone, but these guys really were unbelievable. They said we were officially closed out today, and I hope we never hear from them again. They call a lot.

This company called saying they wanted to send me a free sample of their product by sending one of each color of toner cartridge for my printer. I asked what the catch was and they said that "if I like the product, they would then send an invoice." I paid my first invoice in full and then they sent me another shipment without my permission. I paid for that in full as well. Today they called and want to send me another shipment. I told them no, I don't need anymore and that I felt they were over priced. He told me that if I didn't accept the last shipment, I would have to pay more money for the ones I already paid for. I am extremely irritated with this company and their lack of honesty in their sales.
