The internet has been down since Sunday afternoon, and it's now Tuesday with no clear timeline for restoration. This ongoing issue is very frustrating and has forced me to work from a coffee shop. Poor service and lack of communication.

So far not satisfactory.
The internet is completely down because the cable was cut during reconstruction which is going on in the building (not the company's fault). I reported that on Wednesday afternoon, but still no internet by Thursday evening. But I don't understand why it is taking that much time just to re-run the cable. The bad thing is that there is no exact timeframe when it is going to be fixed and no alternative provided. Now I am sitting in my office late night to work online and cannot get home. Very frustrated.

Their wifi stopped working on my laptop and I filed a report last Friday. They said the problem was on their end and have given me no timetable as to when it’s gonna be fixed. The same problem is now happening with my roomate’s laptop. It’s been five days and I’ve had to leave my apartment whenever I need to use my computer. Absolutely disgraceful.

I have been with Campus Tech for my around 16 years. There isn't a single problem that they professionally and kindly could not resolve immediately. They are number one in my book. Thank you Phillynet/Campus Technologies!! My service has never been slow or problematic. Never. I am in the digital image business for a very prestigious company and that proves the point. You can't be in this business with bad and slow services!

Campus technologies provides my apartment with WiFi and recently I’ve been having issues with connecting now that more students are working online due to COVID. Chris has provided me with excellent customer service, constantly following up with me and exploring different solutions to solve my inability to connect due to a range issue. If you ever have to call campus technologies, make sure to ask for Chris!

This company has the worst Wi-Fi I have ever experienced. The customer service has no solution bit to place blame on resident. I do not recommend this service to anyone. The staff lies about other residents. I have spoken with my neighbors and they are always having the same connection issues. I have made numerous attempts to speak with management. The representative tells me he is management and its my fault I am having issues

So far, not good. The internet at my apartment has been poor, at best. The connection constantly drops, and the speed is much slower than any other internet I have had, including the internet at my small liberal arts college. It feels like they only have a few customer service reps, or the reps are painfully slow or incompetent, as you can never actually speak to a representative when you call.

This last contact I had with them, despite the slow, painstakingly poor internet connection, the rep tried to tell me he couldn't help me unless my internet was not working. WHAT? It isn't working properly, and you need to help me now. I finally got him to do something, which was send me to some shady website to check my connection speed. WHICH OF COURSE was sloooooooooow. Then he tried to suggest that it was probably my computer.

I highly suggest that apartment complexes and companies try and avoid this company as much as possible. You would be much better off to go with Comcast or Time Warner. At least they seem to try and train their employees to do their job.

I guess there were problems in the past based on all those reviews but I live near Drexel University and my connection is fast and stable. There are some smole hickups but it happens with any technology. Fortunately Campus Technologies has a bunch of pretty good CS people. Trust me, compared to my CS experiences with Verizon and Comcast in the past - CT people do care about customers
