I called for a/c service at 1:25 pm, Pablo and Jonah arrived in less than hour - determined my unit needed replacing (not surprised given the age of the unit). They had one in stock and had the old unit out and a new unit installed and running before 7pm. The cool tech team is awesome!!!

I called Cool Tech Air and spoke with Keith. I explained my a.c. was taking 5 hours to cool from 76 to 71. When he arrived he inspected the indoor and outdoor unit. He mentioned the freon was very low. He explained what the freon level should be at for my machine and he took his time showing me the process of adding freon. He advised how often to clean the outdoor machine and water line. He came up with a game plan to first add freon and see in a month or so if the levels have dropped dramatically and if so, we could check for a leak. So glad I read other reviews which is what prompted me to call and from the beginning Keith was very helpful and direct. Will definitely recommend Cool Tech Air to friends and family.

Last Saturday our Ac broke down, my usual AC guy didn’t answer I was dealing with 3 kids at home & 85 degrees in the house. I googled & luckily found Keith! He made it to my house in 30 minutes on a Saturday at 7:40pm. I was extremely happy with the quick response, his customer Service & price. Highly recommended!! You won’t be disappointed!
