Cool-Tec was an amazing experience. They truly care about their customers. This is my third AC company that I’ve had experience with over the last year and they stood out due to their integrity, timeliness, and knowledge. Our AC unit broke and the inside of my home got to 87 degrees. I found out about the issue after being out of town for 5 days. It was peak heat and I tried calling several AC companies and a competitor that I have a membership and no one was willing/able to come late on a Sunday. Then came Cool-Tec. Louie came within an hr of me calling even though he was swamped because I told him I had a newborn at home. Louie looked up a warranty, went and picked up the part, and prioritized fixing my unit. I would recommend Cool-Tec to everyone - it was an amazing experience. Thank you Louie and Team, you’ve gotten a forever customer!
