The best bike shop in town. PERIOD. Felipe has the knowledge and experience of a pro and the best customer service. Above and beyond. He can build bikes, repair, maintenance and restore/project bikes. He is building/modernizing my ‘99 Stumpjumper. Located right across the street from Markham Park. What more could you ask for?

With many bad experiences with bike shops, I can tell you I’ve found the one. Felipe the owner is attentive and goes above and Beyond to make sure your needs are taken care off. Recently purchased a Marin Rift Zone carbon 2 and I couldn’t say how happy I am with the bike and customer service. With no bikes in the country CTC managed to get me a bike and riding. Make sure to check them out as you won’t regret it.

He has things that people don’t have he has bikes available now bike racks. Tires. I needed a tire and he installed it while I waited great service if you need a bike store he’s worth the drive

It's amazing the horrible customer service that Felipe provides. I bought a helmet and goggles from this store on a Saturday and have been promised that I will receive my goods by Wednesday, various times I tried to reach over WhatsApp and phone call to his staff and Felipe its self just to be redirected to voicemail or told vague explanation cutting me out. Just one thing was asked for the good of communication, and it was to share the tracking of the order so I don't have to be on top of Felipe to see if the goods have arrived since he will just delay the delivery of the helmet and goggles and never provide a well explained reason of why my stuff has not arrived. The rudness and lack of professionalism on phone call (recorded btw) demonstrate that Felipe is not looking forward to customer satisfaction. INSTEAD of taking the time of sharing the tracking of the products (that I already paid for), I've been told that if I don't trust the store, I can just get my money back... I'm pretty disappointed that Felipe thinks that way. I was not looking for my money, I really wanted the stuff that I bought and I was looking forward to buying a bike for my girlfriend soon, now we know that Felipe and his store is never going to be the correct place.

This bike shop is amazing! Costumer service is amazing as well! I walked up on a Friday morning the store was closed at the time, but the owner was getting ready to go for a ride before he had to open for business and I had a flat and he said no worries come in and I can fix it it will only take me a few minutes. He delayed his ride to fix my tire so I could ride. He didn’t have to help me his store was closed at the time! You can tell he loves his what he does and loves dealing with people. RECOMMEND THIS STORE HIGHLY

I just got back from getting a hydraulic brake bleed for my front brake. The service was very timely (same day, which is UNHEARD OF with bike shops), it was performed well, and the staff was friendly. I will definitely be back to this bike shop. Good stuff!!!

AMAZING service! Needed a repair on my '20 Scott Spark and even the store where I bought it from couldn't repair it because "the parts were out of stock". These guys not only fixed the problem but threw in a couple of other adjustments without me even asking. The bike was ready same day. They have won my business going forward.
