I wish I could give ten-stars of gratitude for how much Santiago helped me when my phone got wet. He took the phone apart with an extensive, complicated repair process. Santiago was so patient, kind, generous, understanding, and helpful, providing the best customer service you can find anywhere! So my Samsung Galaxy Note 9 needed new glass and LCD screen repair cause I cracked it pretty good. The man (forgot his name) who replace the glass and LCD screen was a really nice guy told me the price I gave him $180 to order the part and repair. Came in after a day or two and he replaced the screen & glass for me it looked like new I was happy. When I got home to charge it I put it on my wireless charger. I noticed it would do ghost touching, the brightness would change a lot and I think my audio even got messed up some how. I took it back he had me give him like $30 more dollars totalling $210 to order another screen. Long story short, I went back multiple times for him to fix this and he couldn't figure it out or give me my refund even though I was within 30 days. I asked for the manager he conviently was out of town and couldn't give me his number to call. So I would say if your on a budget like I was bite the bullet and spend the extra cash and get your phone fix by authorized Samsung or Apple repair places.

My iPhone 6 would not charge. Took it to Apple Store and they said the port was damaged and they could not fix it. Suggested I buy a new phone. Took it to MicroCenter and they said they could fix it but Apple would not sell them the part. Took to Fix Ur Gadget and he had it repaired in less than an hour and probably for a lot less than the other two places would have charged me if they could have fixed it. I'm taking all my electronics to be repaired here!

I highly recommend this place to get any of you electronic repairs done. Staff is very honest, knowledgeable and friendly. I had a very pleasant experience and witnessed the staff treating other customers just as well as myself. Pricing is very reasonable and timing is very prompt.
