Horribly designed lift kits. Purchased a truck with a fab tech lift kit. Had I known fab tech was such garbage I wouldn’t have purchased the truck. You HAVE to use their horrible tie rods and tie rod ends or else the wheels won’t fit on the truck. And they are junkiest weakest tie rods I’ve ever seen. You HAVE to relocate the sway bar link with fabtechs lift or else it will hit the terribly designed tie rod (thanks to fabtechs idiotic steering knuckle design) yet with rough country they don’t have any of these problems. I will probably end up selling my dream truck because it was installed with this horrid product. I would highly recommend you use literally any other brand of lift and suspension products. This company’s product design and engineering is terrible. Do not buy this junk. I’ve also installed their rear shocks and front coil overs. Wish I would have went with a better company.
This is on a 2016 Nissan titan xd. All they had to do was make the hole for the tie rod coming off the steering knuckle more than 1/8” away from the tire. Horrible, idiotic design. Which genius engineer approved on this design? This is just ONE of the 10 problems with the design of this lift.
Their solution?: buy wheel spacers, buy their tie rods, or smaller tires
The Rough Country lift kit uses the factory sway bar mount and location, and also uses the factory tie rods. Horrible design all around. If my frame wasn’t cut to a million pieces for this lift kit I would install a rough country one in a heartbeat.

Recently purchased Fabtech's 3" Trail System w/Dirt Logic 2.25 Resi shocks and has to be one of my favorite upgrades on my Jeep! With the Help of 4 West off Road making the installation painless, this lift has made my Rubicon more capable than ever. Hitting the tails the same weekend it was installed, I was easily going over obstacles that would other wise require the use of my lockers to go over. The higher clearance and 35" tires make Cleghorn, Gold Mountain and other countless trails a breeze! The Dirt Logic shocks have worked flawlessly, I daily drive and weekend warrior my jeep, so I can truly say that they are both comfortable on and off road much better than stock. Plus they do have the added benefit of looking great! I would highly recommend this lift and the Dirt Logic shocks, hands down the best upgrade I could have made to my Jeep.

I had a DirtLogic 2.5 coilover lift kit on my 21' Silverado installed in late November 2022. Unfortunately 2 leaking front coilers in 65 days.
Frank in customer care worked hard to get the issue resolved for us, passing on the file to engineering to get to the root cause of the failures.
Get ready for a true test in patience when dealing with warranty issues though.
Installed Nov 2nd 2022.
FR coilover failed Dec 11th 2022.
FL coilover failed February 4th 2023.
Rush build of replacement coilover 1 promised January 23rd 2023z
Still haven’t received any replacement items, now March 1st 2023.
Disorganization, poor communication, no follow up.

Ordered suspension parts back in February ended up not working with my truck. Couldn't return immediately because they were moving into a new Warehouse. Had to wait 2 months to return the $500 parts only to find out that because I put one bolt through one hole they considered them used and can't resell them. So it was only offered a refund of half of what I paid. From start to finish took 6 months for this company to only refund half of what I paid to them for parts that have nothing wrong with them and will not work with me and have ceased communications now pertaining to this return. Will never do business with this company again and urge others to do the same.

Your product is of very poor quality, I bought a lift kit and after 5 months of use it broke causing an accident on the road. I claim the guarantee to @Carid and so far it does not respond and they do not give any solution. This brand is very bad I do not recommend it to anyone

Wouldn’t recommend to anyone owning a new bronco. Non stop incorrect parts wasted more time and money trying to get the right stuff than what the kit is worth. Save yourself some money and a headache and get a kit from rough country.

Hands down worst company since under the new ownership. Their staff has no knowledge of anything about their products. I called asking about there FTS 30431 struts, if they had replicable bushings since mine have already worn completely through. Someone their said yes and I ordered the bushings that he said would fit. After receiving what their rep recommended, the new bushing didn't fit anything. So I called and asked again, which they said they don't make replacement bushings for the FTS 30431 and I would need to replace the shock, which they no longer make and I would need to buy their new coilover for $1,500. Meanwhile, I sent back the bushings they recommended and still haven't received my money back. I WILL NOT BE DOING BUISNESS WITH FABTECH ANYMORE. It's a shame to see what this company has become under the new ownership.

If the strut is still available, why did the associate there tell me that the strut is no longer available and my only option was to upgrade to a full coilover, also since I have yet to be reimbursed and its been over 30 days, I'll go ahead and place a dispute with my credit card company. You guys are full it! I called in last week on bushing that I sent back in August! It's now October 7th and still nothing from you guys! I've already sent the dispute with my credit card company, enjoy being added to the list that card companies won't trust.
