This Shop had prepared a You tube video saying they are giving excellent service in seconds sale of laptops. I had a disappointing experience when I wanted to buy a laptop. The shop has no proper arrangements for even showing laptops properly to customer and is mainly focussing on selling other electronic gadgets other than this. In the video they show a spacious premises where laptops are arranged on tables . Actually an asistant brought out some laptops on the counter table facing road where many other customers are also having their business. A laptop buying requires more time to check if it is performing properly. Secondly the laptops were not charged and it was taking considerable time for it. Some laptops had to be changed as they were not getting charged at all. Then the asistannts were having difficulty in remembering the password to open the laptop. After all this I didnot have enough time and I cant go on checking laptop on counter for more than an hour by standing all the time and no place to sit as I am a senior citizen. The asistants werenot knowledgeable beyond few preilinimary operations. Overall the shop didnot inspire confidence as it was told they dont give any warranty and laptop just couldnot be bought like that.

My experience of buying a premium TWS headphones ended here. The owner is friendly and I received great customer service. Post my purchase I was also briefed about how to use the product alongside the warranty’s details. They have almost every new phone/ gadget at a very reasonable price. Overall a great place if your looking to buy gadgets /smartphones/ headset etc

Here! They said the price a this lens is 12999 on OLX - I did confirm it with them on call and reached their store to check the product. And they said the price was updated to 22000 ... How can a price change overnight? Why was this not updated/informed before I travelled 35+Kms to the store? This is a pathetic experience!!

Don't trust them even though they tell you the price on call - just visit the store to know the actual price. Because they are not true to their words!!

Really good service. He gives all items after proper checking. All original items in reasonable prices. One suggestion : It ll be better if all get the chance to view available products at shop.

The owner is very rude, all the products they sell are either out dated or old, within a few minutes you have to check the products and buy, no guarantee, no support, no replacement, and if you compare with online price it will be the same or more than that.
I was a regular customer, Before it was nice according to the products the price was reasonable, but now they are just fooling around.

I mean in the start it was all good experience coz never had these options later it seems like the owner has left to check market value and his products value I will wisely suggest u to buy whatever under 10k would be kinda worth but if ur planning to buy phone or iPhone above 10k man this is the worst place he is giving iPhone 14pro max I guess for 1.10 I mean who does that I was getting the same phone from genuine gadgets for 93k. I donno what market he follows but it's a blind pricing and he says he'll give u lesser that Amazon and Flipkart selling price but it's the way around just 50-100 bucks less i mean what's the use ? really bad experience

Its just a trap, for each mobile this fellows will get 4k - 4.5k profit. especially for Iphones, Don't try to sell here or buy here. they are making fool of you and they are growing with our products which we bought genuinely.
