My Dell computer download speeds were useless. They told me I needed a newer computer. I agreed and said to leave my old one there so they could download all my stuff to my new computer when it arrives. After the new computer was ready to be picked up them I OK'ed them wiping my old one. Instead, they wiped the old one before my new one was set up. No files, no pics, no nothing. So now I have to find another place so I can get my printer re-installed.

Called in for phone service , I live almost 30 miles away. Said clearly my phone was S9 and needed screen repair. Said I'd be down in a day or two. When I arrived I walked into store, no one at counter.

Stood for a moment at counter and a man came out of back. I greeted and showed phone. He didnt bother to take it just said I dont work on those only apple and proceeded to turn around.

Not much for customer service in my opinion for my experience. Wont return.

The staff at Gadgets is wonderful.
They are very helpful and patient with people that are not as knowledgeable as they are about the products.
I highly recommend Gadgets for all of your computer, phone, and technology support needs. Their customer service is top notch (honestly you don't get personal service like theirs at a chain store or online). If you are like me and prefer personalized friendly service this is the place to visit.

took my computer there for help because my video drivers were crashing had to wait a day to pick it back up which was no problem at all as long as they could fix the issue, went to pick up my computer after they said they had to wipe everything off of it no problem as they asked me about it first and said that it was basically the only way to fix the issue, however they did this and said that it worked and when i get home and get everything hooked up, the same error message happens and crashes my application, waste of $75 and my time, nice people though wish that they wouldn't have told me that they fixed the issue when they obviously just didn't know what the actual issue was, could have saved all my files from being wiped if they were just a bit more knowledgeable and didn't rely on google, as I can use google myself, just frustrating to go to a place for professional help and get told they googled some stuff about my issue. this was the first time I have ever used them to, way to make an impression thanks Seth.
