Zack was great! Met him at the shop within 20 mins of calling ( he was on his way back after a mobile call). He quickly figured out we had a broken screen and confirmed the Apple Warranty was still in effect! Will definitely call Gateway first for our next Tech issue!

Zack is AMAZING!! and here is why
First he doesn’t pretend that the job is sooo difficult, basically to justify a crazy cost, to charge you too much . His charges are very reasonable.
Second, He get the job done with attention to details, and finally the support after that which is a BIG DEAL! for any work completed.
