Unfortunately, my experience with this store was disappointing. I contacted them as a potential customer with questions, but did not receive any proper help or consultation. The staff were unable or unwilling to provide the necessary information, which significantly complicated my purchasing decision. I believe the store should pay more attention to the quality of customer service, as the current level of service leaves much to be desired

Genuinely the worst mediaMarkt I’ve ever shopped at.. the staff doing anything but working. I asked one for help on a MacBook charger that I got gifted and he kept asking questions I couldn’t really understand and usually the workers help figuring it out but he really didn’t care and it seemed like he absolutely hated working there. Never going in there again, I felt so uncomfortable

Different electronics and appliances are available here and their customer relation is great

Reminds me of currys in the uk.... Staff didnt know what a powerstation was even though its on their website. You have to order them online apparently but not much use if youre just passing through on holidays.

Eight months ago, I purchased a laptop from this store. Although I encountered a likely product defect that necessitated a return (luckily under the brand warranty, resulting in a refund), the customer service I received was very helpful and thorough, which was a positive aspect of the experience.

A little expensive but if the warranty is as good as they say then it is worth spending more for up to 3 to 4 years of stuff
