Abbiamo chiesto al proprietario di questo negozio se poteva aiutarci a disattivare l'addebito automatico della nostra E-sim Lyca mobile, dal momento che è un rivenditore. Ci ha detto che avrebbe chiamato lui la compagnia telefonica e chiesto per noi la disattivazione, che il costo richiesto dalla compagnia era £14,99, e successivamente ci avrebbe dato conferma via e-mail il giorno successivo. Non avendo ricevuto da lui nessun aggiornamento abbiamo contattato noi stessi Lyca mobile, e ci hanno subito disattivato il pagamento automatico e assicurato che non era richiesto nessun costo per questa operazione. Abbiamo quindi chiamato il proprietario del negozio e chiesto spiegazione per i soldi che ci ha fatto pagare senza motivo, lui si è alterato raccontando un sacco di scuse e si è rifiutato di restituirci i soldi rubati. Assolutamente disonesto, state alla larga!! Lui ha il nostro indirizzo paypal quindi se riavrò indietro quanto ci ha sottratto aggiornerò prontamente la recensione. Nel frattempo anche Lyca mobile verrà informata della disonestà di questo esercente.

Very dishonest and greedy people work there!
I left my laptop for a check in the shop because it was slow. Paid £45 for the check. Then come home and read the reviews.?yep I didn’t read reviews first. My fault ! Next day the person on the phone said the laptop is highly infected with viruses (that’s what I expected to hear by then anyway) . To repair it it will cost £98 or buy new laptop.
… well I go back to the shop and took my laptop back. Then find better person to check on it. Paid £25 just to do deep cleaning. It works perfectly well! It’s not infected and I don’t need a new laptop!

I got a new battery and connector port on my IPhone and it now seems good as new. Was back and ready for collection within the agreed time as promised and was a good price. Thanks

I bought an off-brand laptop charger here only for it to break within two weeks. I went back to get a return it and received an Apple charger and paid the price difference (they knew my laptop wasn't an Apple). Now this new charger has broken again within two months. Very disappointing.

Went here last month to get my Google Pixel 6 phone screen replaced. Costed £155 for the replacement, felt like a lot but was willing to pay it. Received an email days later saying they needed an extra £90 for "the genuine screen". I Agreed and got my phone a few days later with a total of £250. This new screen however, did not allow for biometric security as the original one did so definitely was not "genuine" as I was told. When I picked up my phone I was told there was a warranty on the screen but no further information was given.

25 days later, I dropped my phone onto the couch at which point the screen fully went black and my phone was non-responsive. I went to the shop to see if the warranty would cover it. I was immediately told the warranty wouldn't cover it but it would give me a discount on a replacement. When I asked how much a replacement would be, I was asked how much I paid the previous time. I told them it was £250 in total due to extra costs. The man then quoted me at around £160-70 which was more than the initial quote was for the first screen replacement. Somehow the discounted price was more than the original price. I said no and bought a new phone instead.

Bought an overpriced LAN cable labeled 20m which turned out to be 10m. Company outright refused to give a refund and said my options were a 32m replacement cable or store credit. Poor costumer service with owner basically shouting at me during the argument.

My wife phoned about my sons ps4 overheating, was quoted 35 pounds all in ,drop of on Tuesday by 10 am get back Thursday, took in Tuesday morning had to pay 10 pounds for diagnostic check ? , already told them I had taken of outer plastic shroud of and hovered but it needs a deep clean so why 10 pounds to confirm? , then no phone call on Thursday so wife phoned was told collect on Friday and only 10 pounds left to pay , though ok the reviews ive read might be wrong . So picked up said ps4 on Friday and had to pay 40 , so that's 50 pounds in total not 35 , words robbing b@#$%&$#, springs to mind , won't ever recommend to anyone, should have done my research better but you live and learn
