I needed a power supply cable after I forgot mine back home in Miami and they were able to hook me up with one instantly! The employees there are very chill and knowledgeable. I love how this shop is pretty small and cozy while being on a busy intersection.

Had to update my review...
I've had them scheduled twice to come to my home to assess my wifi network connectivity and the 1st time the didn't show up or give a call to say they wouldn't make it. The second time they said their tech decided to change my appointment without contacting me. I found out after they were 30 minutes late to their scheduled appointment. Very dissatisfied with their service and team. 2 days taken away from work to accommodate them and they treat you like crap.

Never had an issue before using them, but this was out right aggravating.

Poor customer service will not return. Calls will not return texts. The system is great but if they would come out and help service it, it'd be better

Three words; AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!

As a 29 year old that is technologically impaired beyond repair, I didn’t know how to do some hardware or even software repairs that my desktop needed for work. Taking my pride and ego aside as a man, I brought my computer to Palm Tree Tech Center and within hours I had my machine completely repaired and a couple great conversations with the employees here. Thank you so much for your help and I’ll promote this business entirely!

Staff are very knowledgeable and friendly. With that being said… if you have any tech savvy at all, you are better off getting your diagnostic from palm tree and then fixing it yourself. I was quoted $250 for a fix that cost me $70 and 20 minutes to do myself.

I contacted Palm Tree about doing an upgrade on my laptop. This was after talking to other businesses the night before. I chatted with Matthew who was well spoken and informative. Based on the quoted price for the parts, service, and time frame to do the job, I immediately drove to the store.

In my particular case, they were able to do the upgrade for me while I waited in less time than expected. Not only was I very pleased but my family has also pleasantly done business with Palm Tree over the years.

He is so professional, expert and decent.
