An absolutely amazing experience with this company. We requested a service for a broken outdoor pipe and Matthew Holmes was assigned to complete repairs. He was amazing, super communicative and honestly did such a great job. My husband and I dread when something goes wrong in our home because we know how cumbersome these repairs can be but they really did make it so easy. We thought the pricing was fair and honestly, he did a whole lot of work outside in the heat! Matthew was awesome and we will be referring our friends and family here!

We had a pretty bad experience with ProTech. They did our regular AC maintenance for years, which was fine. Eventually we had an actual issue with the AC which they came and looked at and convinced us it wasn’t worth fixing, we should just replace the entire system. So the sales guy comes and talks about the options, puts together a quote, talks about options for financing, and we set a date for install. He says they should show up around 8-8:30 and would be done by around 6, the new system is going to be way more efficient, it will work with our existing smart (Nest) thermostat, we’re going to be so happy etc etc etc. Install day comes, the guys show up after 9, after a long day of yelling and arguing amongst themselves they finally say they’re done a little after 9pm (so much for my evening plans) and ask for payment (I had no idea I’d be expected to produce full payment on the spot, what happened to the finance options?). We leave to go out of town for a couple days the next morning and when we get back the following evening the house is hot. The AC isn’t working. The next morning we call pro tech and tell them their brand new $$$$$ system doesn’t work (it’s a Saturday morning) and they ask if we can live with it until Monday when they can send the install manager out first thing in the morning. I reluctantly agree (we can hardly sleep at night it’s so warm in the house). Monday morning comes and goes, no one shows up. I call them to ask what’s going on and they say he got busy with another job but he’ll come in the afternoon. He comes, finds a list of things the install guys did wrong, fixes what he can and schedules more people to come back the next day and fix the rest. By this point we’ve realized that in addition to the system not functioning properly, some of the Nest features now no longer work. He says he’ll have to look into that. By this point I’ve called and expressed my frustrations to the manager, who says she’s "so sorry" but does nothing to fix any of it. The next day, big surprise, the tech never shows up. No one calls. I call them again. He’s been hurt on another job so they’ll have to reschedule for the next day. Next day, new guy comes, does the remaining work to finish the crappy install job, we ask him also about the Nest (in the meantime I’ve contacted Nest support and they’ve advised me to reach out to "any local AC professional as their product is fully compatible with our system and any AC professional will know how to connect it properly!") but this guy says the same as the other- ProTech doesn’t use Nest, they use another brand, they don’t know anything about it, he can’t help. So now we’ve spent an incredible amount of money, time, and frustration for a system that doesn’t work right with our thermostat. And never heard a word from them after that. Super disappointed as we just felt (and still feel) like their lowest possible priority.

we had to have some old plumbing pipes replaced. Pro Tech employee, Joseph Hammett, was there very promptly. He is very knowledgeable, courteous, and personable. Did the work all in one day. The job was expertly done, and we plan on using him in the future.

Outstanding professionalism and customer service delivered by Jordan today. Big thanks to Pro Tech for providing excellent service on a timely schedule. I had some concerns about odor in my system and duct work, which Jordan graciously educated me on, and during his routine inspection, actually found a completely unrelated but significant electrical issue. had they not come out as quickly as they did and provided that attention to detail I would have likely spent 10 times as much on a new compressor unit. Jordan was able to repair the electrical issue and speedily replace the old, cheap made in China/Mexico parts, with new made in USA higher quality replacements. He even showed me photographs that documented his process and brought the faulty part to me to show me the issue. As a former field, engineer and electrician, myself, this was deeply appreciated and admired. Max kudos to Jordan and Pro Tech for excellent process and great service. Much appreciated!!
