I was recently locked out of my computer. I spent 15 to 20 minutes on the phone with JJ who was more than willing to try to help me out of my dilemma. He was patient and gave me great advice. Unfortunately, he was honest enough to tell me that the computer is not recoverable. And saved me a trip and a service charge. These are really good business people.
