I don't usually write reviews, but after my experience here I feel more than inclined to.

Pedro is THE MAN, hands down. My PC wasn't booting into windows, showing me a black screen with no way around it. After multiple hours of trying to fix it, I was at my wits end. I took it to Tech Boys and within the same day, Pedro managed not only to boot my PC into windows with a fresh install of Win10, but he fine tuned my PC to a point that it was performing better than I'd ever seen.

Pedro is the man. Industry SME without question. Goes above and beyond you could imagine. I'm a guy that peeps ask me to fix their cpu when it's overloaded. Mine got more than every option I tried even with command prompts I'm familiar with a bit. He 'Linuxed' it (IYKYK Linux open source..) and saved my shiiiit, saving me hours and hours of time not having to re-do stuff I had in there. Don't waste a minute going anywhere else. Oh, and while I was there, he aggressively took my phone and made it run twice as fast and make the battery last twice as long, which I had running pretty lean to begin with. You rock bro, great F'N job!

Was completely honest with me from the get go about whether or not he would be able to fix my issues with my phone charging, asked me to take it in so he could take a look. Within 1 minute of being inside the shop he had identified the issue and was already working on fixing it, directly in front of me. Not only did he fix my issue, he gave my phone a look over and identified other issues he could fix for me. I thought I was a techy guy, but I guess not because I had been using the lowest camera setting on my phone since I bought it over a year ago, and he changed my cameras settings to 4k at 60fps instead. I never would’ve thought to go into my phones settings to adjust my camera, I just assumed my phone would be making full use of its camera from the start. After he changed that my phones camera quality isn’t even comparable, it now takes the clearest photos and videos it ever has before. He also cleared out the speaker ports for my phone, and I could immediately notice the difference when I made a call. Not only did he explain everything he was doing, but he did so in a very clear and friendly way. After everything he did for me the man refused a tip, as he didn’t feel the service he had provided me was enough time or effort to take more money from me, despite it being the best service I have received from quite honestly any business in quite a long time. I cannot recommend coming here enough, I am happy to have a place I feel comfortable coming back to if I ever have more tech issues where I know the service will be top notch and the pricing will be fair. If you have issues with your tech this is absolutely the place to go.

Pedro is marvelous. I needed my iPhone screen replaced and he happened to have just one more in stock. He said it was a 15 minute turnaround but I’m pretty sure I waited less than 10. Absolutely perfect service experience. Highly recommend!

Fair prices, friendly staff, and sublime work. Never had a problem I brought in there that they didn't fix quickly and for a fair price. I've been coming here since I was in high school and no matter which computer I brought in over time they've never done me wrong, from issues ranging from a broken power button to a laptop with a busted fan.

I've been a customer of Tech Boys for years - there isn't a place I would think of going to instead. When my phone wouldn't turn on this morning, I knew where I had to go. In a panic, I rushed over in-between work meetings. Within seconds of walking in the door, my phone was turned back on, my screen was repaired in a matter of 5 minutes, and my day was saved. I think I spent a total of 10 minutes in the store and I know I won't need to go back (unless I drop my phone again). I need my phone for work, hence the panic, and I've never once worried about repairs taking long here. The owner (I think his name is Pedro based on other reviews), treats me, and I'm sure every other customer as a top priority. I couldn't recommend Tech Boys more. They're extremely trustworthy, reassuring, and every penny spent is beyond worth it. It is so obvious that he values his customer's time over his own. I would never go anywhere else! Thank you!

Highly recommend Tech Boys in Sayville. I brought my MacBook in for repair because it was failing and it was returned to me in better condition than it was out of the box! Service was impeccable, fast and the cost was very reasonable! If you are a Mac user, you should skip the genius bar and head strait to Tech Boys!
