So this is my second time using this shop, and each time I come, I m even happier than the last time.... Miguel and his team have gone out of their way to put my unit, my personal needs, and most of all my expectations to the front of the line.... There below the average shop price, and best of all they have there own parts store right almond premises!!!! Which means a faster return to service time for me as a OO..... They did a water pump in 22 hours and that was including the 14 hours while they were closed for the night. I was able to make my appointment the following afternoon, and made my Walmart delivery down in New Albany Mississippi 2 hours ahead of my original appointment!!!

Thank You TruckTech for having my back, and getting me back on the Hiway !!!!

I took my truck to this place because my engine was making a strange sound while going up hills and it was left running, Miguel a manager there told me his tech running compression test to ensure it’s not the engine. Miguel called me and told me it’s a fuel injector and it will cost $7000 to replace it I authorize them to do the job and paid in full, when I test drove I the truck it had the same problem , I took the truck back to Truck tech , Miguel told me it might be a fuel sensor which it took him couple days to replace , as usual I have to call because truck tech never calls you. After another week Miguel told me it’s my Engine and it will cost me $15000 to rebuild it with discounts. I demanded to speak to Craig who was in upper management and told him if I knew it would cost so much to fix the truck I could have bought another truck so I ask Craig for my money back because they Misdiagnosed my truck and made me wait a whole month with out working. Craig solution was for me to take my truck to Volvo dealer because Truck Tech cannot solve the issue, apparently it was ok for Truck tech taking my money and not resolving the problem.Not knowing what to do I reached out to my brother-in-law and he told me Truck Tech is a scam and I should take my truck out there immediately. I took my truck to another machine to get a second opinion and for $400 he figured out the problem which had to do with the fuel flow to the engine. Truck Tech knew what they were doing the made me wait and try to make desperate to pay over $22000 to repair my truck . I never got my $7000 refunded and they made off with my money. Being an independent owner operator this place put me out of business. Please learn from what happen to me don’t take your truck or trust this place very fraudulent people .I really don’t know how they get 5 stars maybe these people got scammed and didn’t know it.

This a great place to bring your semi for Maintenance. I like Miguel he always take my truck and start working on it, it does not matter what time or day. Also like that they tell you what you need to change for next time so your truck will be in good condition. 100% recommended..!

Hello guys in trucking industry, I have got a very good news and testimony to share with you all! Trucktech Parts & services is what I would describe as Trucking business success enabler! These guys are life saver. Now to my main testimony, I had my C15 Cat Engine platinum overhaul done at Trucktech and everything came out like factory-installed and runs like a brand new Engine from Cat factory. This is the 3rd month and all I can say is thanks to Miguel and his team, not just for good job but for affordability and honesty too, they're just wonderful people. Miguel himself is such an amazing personality, always willing to help... with his favorite response " I will see what I can do" ? ?. This guys really made me proud and I recommend anyone with Truck problems of any kind, Trucktech is simply your best destination. I hope this will help someone out there.

I actually went there based on the reviews I had read on Google. I must say the reviews were absolutely correct. Very enjoyable experience. The staff that Miguel has on his team are very professional and willing to go the extra mile to get the job done. I'm a car hauler and needed some hydraulic repairs done. That nocked out and I was on my way. If they don't have the part to fix your issue then they can find it same day. Great job guys.
