I called all over Fresno for a phone battery repair. I spoke with George over the phone and he set correct and great expectations for what I needed to purchase and repair. He assured me of all the costs upfront and was transparent with me the entire time. He went above and beyond and I will definitely come back for future repairs.

Update (7/29/24) George and all the employees at U-Tec are professionals in their craft. They do everything in their power to make the customers experience less troublesome. I overheard other clients say that the Apple Store recommended U-Tec for repairs. They are honest experts and I will definitely come back for future repairs. I actually stopped in because my current phone randomly stopped reading my SD card and I got help with that in a matter of seconds and I had my old cracked phone with me and George helped walk me through my options for screen replacement and data retrieval. Thank you for being extremely helpful and informative I'm super happy I got to walk out with both of my problems fixed same day.

Took my phone into UTec on blackstone and minarets and I received amazing customer service. Lewis was very helpful and friendly. He also repaired my device quickly, it only took about a hour and I had my phone again. Thank you again to Lewis for the amazing customer service !
